The built-in backing plate design covers stress areas of surrounding wood, thereby eliminating stress-related cracking. Molded liners give you a smooth edge at the top with a perfect line. The beautiful, smooth cap incorporates an inner lip that prevents the liner from "walking" out of the tube. Rod Holders come in 15 Degree, 30 Degree and 90 Degree. You can choose either regular duty or heavy duty; heavy duty has a larger opening to accomodate larger rod butts like the bent butts.
