The Release Marine Helm Chair series is built on the belief that a chair should feel as solid as the deck on which it's mounted. Built with "no rock" slide assembly makes it a step above the rest. Our slide assembly is the solution to rocking and rolling associated with all other helm chairs on the market. Side access to the brake handle and the slide tab in the front of the seat allow for easy maneuvering. The machined Delrin spindle is guaranteed for life. Pedestal is bored precisely to receive the spindle, eliminating all rocking. Our extra deep 23" seat, together with our optional aircraft design cushion, gives added support to the knees and upper legs.
